How do I make payment?
We currently accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. Our site is powered by Shopify and the e-commerce platform we use is called Stripe, one of the most trustworthy and secure check out processes available.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?
We aim to send your order as quickly as possible, and we send all orders via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal normally deliver within 48 hours, but this may vary depending on your postcode, during adverse weather conditions and at seasonal peaks. If you need it in a real hurry we suggest you upgrade to the 24 Hour Express Delivery at checkout. 

Do you have special delivery instructions? There is a box where you can leave delivery instructions on the last page of checkout. If you have a preferred delivery date in mind, please contact us after ordering. 

What if my order doesn't arrive
Very occasionally items simply go missing in action without a trace. If your order has not arrived after five working days, please contact us and we will look into it on your behalf. 

What if my order is damaged or not what I expected?
If you're not happy with your order when it arrives for whatever reason get in touch. Our aim is to please not disappoint you so let us know what the problem is and we can find the right solution. If the item is faulty or damaged we will of course resend or refund. If you have any questions about your order and want to discuss with us, please contact: hello@quirkychocolate.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
